1  Please fill out the form of APPLICATION FROM OF XGP FORUM MEMBERSHIP and send it back to the Secretariat of XGP Forum by fax or email, using the contact information below:

2  Please print out two copies of the Agreement , all the documents in Addemdum and IPR Policy, read them carefully, and fill in the requested inforamtion.

3  Please chop an official seal on the perforation of above mentioned documents, and send one set of the documents togehter with your company brochure by registered mail or express mail to the following address:

4  On receiving all the requested documents, the Secretariat will send wire instruction of memebership charge by mail to your registered company address. Please read the Rules Regarding Membership Charge here.

5  Membership is accepted on receiving the membership charge. Membership lasts for one fiscal year and renewal letter will be sent before the next fiscal year starts.
