WILLCOM to Bring XGP to ITU World in October |

Mr. Yoshioki Chika, Vice President of WILLCOM Inc. is to attend ITU World to be held in Geneva in October and deliver speech to introduce XGP. ITU World is regarded as Olymoics of IT industry, hencing attracting worldwide attention. Mr. Chika will take the oppotunity to introduce the technical advantages of XGP, the TDD-based true BWA method, as well as its applications and services in Japan.

According to the invitation letter to Mr. Chika, the theme of this year's ITU World has been decided as "open network, connected minds". The conference will be made up of exhibition and seminar. Companies from close to 40 countries have signed to display their products. Mr. Chika planned to attend the session of mobile broadband & NGN to be held in the afternoon of October 8th and speak as one of the panelists.
