WILLCOM Inc. launched XGP service on Oct. 1.

The service is currently providing mobile data communication at a speed of up to 20Mbps for both uplink and downlink, in designated areas within Yamanote Line in Tokyo. Fixed rate for the service is JPY4,380 (tax included)* per month, while the terminal adopted in the service is GX001N made by NEC Infrontia, a PC card type of terminal.

* Monthly fee of WILLCOM Internet connecting service PRINï¼·«PY945 (tax included) is separately charged.
* By March 31, 2009 (Wed.), charge on XGP fixed-rate data service and PRIN during the campaign are exempted.
