The 8th Asia Pacific Telecommunication Wireless Forum was held at Prince Ground Takanawa Hotel from March 29th to April 1st in Tokyo, Japan. Two hundred of telecommunication technology experts and engineers from 25 countries attended this forum. It was the first forum held in Japan, and co-hosted by APT and Ministry of Industries and MIC(Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications). It was composed of several workshops. XGP Forum exhibited several XGP facilities. Mr. Masamitsu Naito, Senior Vice Minister of MIC, Mr. Shun Sakurai, Director-General of Radio Department, Telecommunication Bureau, Mr. Yasushi Yoshida, Director of Radio Department, Mr. Sakanaka, Planning Official came to the XGP booth and showed deep interest and concern to the development of XGP technology.
