STEP 1

Please Please print out two copies of APPLICATION FORM OF XGP FORUM MEMBERSHIP andAgreement, all the documents in Addendum and、IPR Policy, read them carefully, and fill in the requested information. Then send one set of the documents together with your company brochure by registered mail to the following address:

• XGP Forum
• c/o ARIB (Association of Radio Industries and Businesses)
• Nittochi Bldg. 11F, 1-4-1, Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0013, Japan　

STEP 2

On receiving all the requested documents, the Secretarial Office will send the Invoice of Membership Fee by mail to your registered company address. Please read the the Rules Regarding Membership Charge here.

STEP 3

Membership is accepted tentatively on receiving the membership fee and need to be approved by General Meeting. Membership lasts for one fiscal year.
